Clients remain solely responsible for all content, files, media, databases, email materials, domains, pages, and information stored, published, transmitted, or made available through their website, hosting account, or connected services.

You may not use our services to store, publish, transmit, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• contains harmful scripts, malicious code, or infected files
• promotes phishing, hacking, or unauthorized access
• contains defamatory, threatening, or abusive material
• includes unlawful adult content or illegal exploitation material
• violates the policies of our providers, registrars, vendors, or software partners

You may not use our services, domains, websites, forms, email configurations, or connected tools to send abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• spam campaigns
• email list abuse
• forged headers or deceptive sender identities
• bulk email without valid consent where required by law

You may not bypass, disable, probe, exploit, test, or undermine the security of any system or service operated by Marketify Plus Group LLC or any third party connected to our services.

This includes, without limitation:

• port scanning or vulnerability exploitation
• privilege escalation attempts
• interference with backups, logs, monitoring, firewalls, or access restrictions
• running scripts, bots, cron jobs, or processes that create harmful or abnormal load

To maintain service performance and infrastructure stability, clients must use hosting and managed services responsibly.

Marketify Plus Group LLC may restrict, suspend, isolate, or require correction of any account, website, plugin, script, cron job, file set, database activity, or process that causes excessive consumption of CPU, memory, bandwidth, storage, server processes, or other technical resources.

We reserve the right to determine, in our reasonable discretion, whether resource usage is excessive, unstable, unsafe, or harmful to service continuity.

Some services may rely on third-party providers such as hosting vendors, domain registrars, payment processors, DNS providers, analytics tools, email platforms, security services, and software partners.

You agree not to use our services in any way that would violate the rules, restrictions, terms, or policies of those third-party providers.

If a third-party provider flags, limits, suspends, or rejects a service due to your activity, Marketify Plus Group LLC may take corresponding action on your account or service environment.

Marketify Plus Group LLC may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and may take action without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect clients, systems, vendors, legal compliance, business operations, or service continuity.

Enforcement actions may include:

• requesting corrective action
• removing or disabling access to specific files, pages, scripts, or content
• suspending website, hosting, email, or account access
• restricting migrations, transfers, or service changes
• terminating services for serious or repeated violations
• preserving logs or records for security, legal, or compliance purposes
• reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities or service partners where required

If a service is suspended, restricted, limited, or terminated due to a violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, Marketify Plus Group LLC may deny refunds, credits, restoration requests, migration assistance, or reactivation requests to the extent permitted by applicable law and the governing service agreement.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, website, hosting environment, domain, or connected services.

• maintaining lawful and appropriate content
• protecting your credentials and access points
• ensuring that employees, contractors, collaborators, or authorized users comply with this Policy
• responding promptly to abuse, security, or compliance notices
• keeping your account and technical configurations under responsible control

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, infrastructure, operational practices, provider requirements, legal obligations, or security needs.

Any updates will be posted on this page and reflected by a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
